Hello friends,

We are writing from the northern hemisphere and sending the slowest of chats following last week’s fall equinox…. Some of us have felt an immense resistance to the general socially constructed vibe of September, you know the one: where we are supposed to plan and organize ourselves and get busy, very busy with all those plans and the many things showing up in our mailboxes and orbits… and of course, the not so subtle message of “get them ducks in a row!”

But here’s the thing, the ducks aren’t even really around this time of year, let alone in a row!

Maybe we can be more like the ducks.

So, with part embracing this very loud resistance-feeling towards being busy and part because life too often is full of external pressures telling us to embrace the “hustle,” we are gearing down and letting some slow roll outs unravel in October instead of September!

what’s happening this fall

 The return of the Grounded Futures Show!

We are very excited to be working on season 4 of the Grounded Future Show!

After a year hiatus, we are ready to have some conversation about ongoing joyful resistance and growing autonomy in times of collapse. We’ll continue to be joined by wonderful guests, and for season 4, jams will be joining us sometimes, too! We are also working on a few rad segments to weave into episodes, which sometimes will be created by friends!

One of these segments that we are most overjoyed about is called: TIME TALKS HISTORY! The brilliant poet, rapper, historian, and host of Time Talks podcast, chris time steele, is the creator and host. These radical history moments will be filled with mind-blowing and heart expanding messages from history!

The first episode of season 4, alongside a TIME TALKS HISTORY segment, will arrive sometime in October!
